By accessing and using the ALL BLACK STITCH CUSTOMS (ABSC) website and purchasing merchandise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with us as a customer and vendor.
All custom orders are subject to a detailed quote. Pricing is determined by design complexity, materials, and turnaround time. Once production begins, custom orders are non-refundable.
ABSC is an official vendor for Outcast. Restricted merchandise is protected and requires manual approval. Unauthorized access to protected merchandise is strictly prohibited.
Shipping and returns policies are available for general merchandise. Personalized items are non-refundable once the production process has started. Damaged or incorrect orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

RESTRICTED MERCHANDISE
APPROVAL PROCESS
Access to Outcast merchandise is strictly controlled. All applicants must register and submit a formal access request. Approval is granted on a case-by-case basis by our management team. Registration does not automatically unlock protected products.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
Approved members are prohibited from sharing login credentials or purchasing restricted merchandise for unauthorized individuals. Unauthorized redistribution of protected items is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate revocation of access privileges.
QUOTES
Custom orders require a detailed quote. Pricing is based on design complexity, materials, and turnaround time. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your project and provide a formal quote.
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required to secure your custom order. This deposit covers the initial digitizing and design work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the final product.
NON-REFUNDABILITY
Once custom production begins, all deposits are non-refundable. This policy ensures the integrity of our craftsmanship and the accuracy of our turnaround estimates for your specific project.
